I contacted Economy Moving because I was in a bind due to another moving company was trying to gouge me for more money on the day they were scheduled to move meEconomy stepped up and had a crew at my door the next dayguys were scheduled but one had called off sickThe guys loaded everything flawlessly without complaint then had to go back to offload another truck at their shop! They then brought my loaded truck to the new house and unloaded everything that night! No whining, no complaining just hard working guys! I can't say enough how they helped me out in a pinch other than they should have been my first call and will highly recommend them to everyone

I called and booked this company for my move 45 minutes away. They accepted my reservation without any problem. My move was scheduled for Saturday of the following week. They called me the Tuesday before my move while I was at work and left a very generic message on my voicemail to call them to go over the details of our upcoming move on Saturday. I did not get the message until after they were closed for the day. I called them first thing Wednesday morning only to be told that they did not have a truck available to do my move! They offered to do my move on another day, but I explained to them this would not work because the new occupants of my current home were driving up from Florida on Saturday night and we had to be out. All I got was a half hearted "sorry" and told that they would "try" to move someone else to another day, but they could not promise us anything. With the good possibility of them not being able to accommodate us, it left us scrambling around to find another company for the move in less than 3 days! It was too late for the new occupants that were moving into our current home to cancel without penalty from their moving company. This left many people in a serious bind because this company didn't do a simple review of their schedule when we first called to book them.
I would NEVER recommend this company for your move!!!!! I found them to be very unprofessional with their booking procedure.
While moving I had to interact with several different people from multiple companies. When I first reached out to get information I spoke with Jennifer whom came to my house and gave me an accurate estimate. Upon moving day the movers called ahead and then arrived on time. The movers arrived and they were the politest group of young men I ever met. You could tell that they had had training on team building or something. They communicated well with us and each other. They were all on the same page at all times and kept us informed every step of the way. I would recommend this company to anyone who is moving!
