3/16/2015My name is [redacted] and I am the owner of E & J Appliance Service Company. I talked to Mrs [redacted] on the day she called our office. We have never had a problem with anything like what Mrs [redacted] is claiming.   I did talk to my technician [redacted] and he said he did not take...

anything from the house. He said she was in the room the entire time and was working on the appliance the entire time. He said he would call her. I advised her of the the conversation I had with [redacted] and that he would call her. I checked back with her, I believe the next day, and she told me that he said he would give her some money back even though he hadn't taken any. I also thought this was odd. I told her to contact me if this wasn't taken care of to her satisfaction. When I asked [redacted] why he was going to pay her if he hadn't taken any money, he said he didn't want to get fired even though he hadn't done it. We do an extensive back ground check on all of our employees and [redacted] background check came back to us clear of any violations. He has worked for us for one year on March 26.As stated earlier, I asked Mrs [redacted] to call me back if she was not satisfied with the outcome of her agreement between her and [redacted]. This was in November and this is the first I have heard back from her in any manner. I would ask her to call me so we can discuss what she would like to do. We have been in business for 33 years and have never had a complaint like this from a customer. This will be resolved. I just need her to call us.

I called E&j Appliance when my oven broke. The serviceman was right on time and very knowledgeable. Parts needed to be ordered and a second visit was necessary. I was given a price and the second visit was on time, as well. Very professional and I would definitely recommend.

I am new to the area and It is a day after one of the biggest rain fall since 1980 (I was told.. I was in a panic; water was seeping through the wall in huge puddles. Even though they were busy because of the storm, they came by and fixed the problem within an hour. Also, if you have a chance ask for Ernie, not only was he knowledgeable, fast and friendly he put me at ease. Thank you!

I checked the reviews here before calling E&J Appliance and saw that every negative review was followed immediately by a reply asking to help resolve the issue. That means a LOT! I called E&J and the next day Tim came out to look at my fridge. He was professional, courteous, knowledgeable and fair. He diagnosed the issue and gave me options and corresponding prices. I was very happy with the service I received and will not hesitate to call again the next time I need help with an appliance and am telling all my friends about E&J Appliance. Great job, Tim!

Review: A few Month ago I had there service man out to have my Stove fixed and when he was gone I discovered my change Purse was gone it had about $350.00 and some change in it I called them and he said he did not take it I also talked to the owner and he would not do anything about it he said it was up to him and me to take care of it I talked to him a few time's again and he still said he didn't take it there was no one else in the house but me and my husband and he was not in the room I left the room once for a few min.to talk to my husband. The last time I talked to him he said he would give me back $175.00 but left me $160.00 on my front door. Now why would he give me some back if he said he didn't take it?Desired Settlement: I would like all of my money and money for a new change purse as this was a gift from my Daughter it was real Leader not cheap.

Millionaires only! The owner was here for 20 minutes and charged me $200 in labor and $70 for a part that all he had to do was plug in. I was shocked when he told me the total, and he responded by saying that he has to pay for $40,000 trucks and people in the office who take care of me. I said you must think my fridge is going to last if you think it's worth spending almost $300 to fix it, and he responded, "It's running right now, that's all I can tell you."
