Review: I have been trying to get a refund for damaged tiles from Efloor since 12/10/12 with no results. I have send them the pictures they requested to verify the damage to the tile and they still have not refunded my money. Every time I call and speak with ( [redacted]) someone I'm told I will receive an email in two days to let me know the refund is on the way. It's now March and still no refund or email. When I send them an email they don't respond. I wanted to return 24 boxes but the charge for restocking and pick up was so high I decided to keep the tile. I only want my money back for the damaged tiles and this company just refuses to give me a refund for damaged goods.Desired Settlement: Due to the bad customer service and the delay of my refund, I would like a complete refund of the damaged cartons (4) I received and the 24 cartons I wanted to return without being charged for pick-up or restocking fee.
