As a customer of PARK CITY CYCLERY for the first time bringing my two bikes to *** *** the owner and the repairer of the bikes which makes are and colors are; An Blue Actra and An Blue Glacier PtThe bikes were dropped off in mid September , or October A call was placed several times first in March of and then in April and May to find out if the bikes were fixed ,or the status and the answer was that the owner was unaware of the bikes at all and would have to look into it and get back to the CustomerAs of yet I do not know the where the bikes are at ,or where the owner of the bike repair shop PARK CITY CYCLERY isI called the Police department in Merrill, WI they say the PARK CITY CYCLERY is no longer in business it closed in April My bikes need to be found ,or as the customer I need to be rein versed value of the bikes

My closet is broken- all the clothes came crashing down and the manager still hasn't fixed it and it's been at least two weeks that I keep calling and asking them to come over and repair it. They come over without setting any time or arrangements- like early in the morning and then they leave a voice mail saying they were here- while I was sleeping. I would be more than willing to set my alarm clock if I knew when and where they were to set up a time and day; I don't get any type of a warning as to what day or what time to be expecting them to arrive. They live down the street and not here in the building -so there's alot of activity that goes on they are not aware of.
