Response:
To whom it may concern,
In response to the complaint issued by Mr. [redacted]:
Our company policy is to produce a final bill at the completion of every job. We have provided estimates
to Mr. [redacted] upon request, prior to the job start date. We have invited Mr. [redacted] to come into our office to
view all documents pertaining to his job, (which have also been sent to Mr. [redacted] via our Lawyer).
Although he has a 0 term payment with us, we offered a payment plan as well which he turned down.
At this time we have hired a Lawyer to handle this matter.
Please let me know if there is any further information needed to update our account.
Best Regards,

Response:
Dear Ms. [redacted] There has been new developments prompting me to request that we reopen my case #[redacted] against Mr. [redacted] of Dynamic Marine. After your third attempt to contact him, he replied with a statement that all estimates were given to me before the start date of the job. This is in complete contradiction to what was stated in an email from his controller who claimed that there were two, one in march of 2013 for $5000 and the second in "early 2014" for $8400. Going off "his notes" she claims that the first estimate was for the foremast only. This is absurd considering that it's a two-masted vessel and my original $1000 down payment bought the materials for both masts. Next, His lawyer calls and we talk about my position on the conflict and then texts me back falsely summarizing our conversation to trick me into agreeing with his statements, brags about how good he is' and threatens seize and sell my boat if I don't pay every penny. I texted back to refute his statements and summarizations and made my 4th request to have Mr. [redacted] email me invoices or material lists or anything to explain the excessive billing. my last text to Mr. [redacted] wasSept. 3rd and have not heard any response from either since. I did, however, receive a lien notice postmarked Nov 20th, notorized Sept. 16th in which Mr. [redacted] again Perjures himself by declaring that the parts and services were " provided and Installed" upon vessel. At no time Did Mr. [redacted] or any of his crew install anything or even place a foot aboard my vessel. Mr. [redacted] has caused a tremendous amount of stress and difficulty for me including stress related illnesses and postpon ment of critical medical treatment of cancer related surgery so I can afford to fight this battle. I would like to invite Mr. [redacted] to stop all the lies and come back to the table and work on a fair resolution. However, since the burden is on me to sue to clear the lien, Mr. [redacted] needs to be aware that he will have to compensate for all the damage he is causing. Sincerely, [redacted]
