member regarding her concerns. She wanted to cancel her membership, and we have recently had some management transitions and she
was never get in contact with the right manager to cancel her agreement. Further, we have a billing company that usually handles these types of issues, ABC Financial Services, but unfortunately the member was not aware of this. In any event, we apologize immensely for the miscommunication and her membership, has since been cancelled.
