I have known [redacted] for a number of years, and they are respectful, soft spoken, and very polite. I do not believe it is in their nature to be rude and/or to use profane language to their customers. They are both smart enough to know that is bad for business. With regard to [redacted] specific complaint, I was not there on 2/10/17, 4/10/17, nor 4/30/17. However, my personal opinion is that since their ethnic background has been made part of the complaint, perhaps the customer service issues mentioned here have been greatly exaggerated.
