Technician Raimundo Rwas excellent in all aspects of my air conditioning unit service call He was patient, friendly and professional while explaining the work done on my unit HE HAS AN ENGAGING PERSONALITY WHICH GAVE ME A TREMENDOUS COMFORT LEVEL
On two occasions Raimundo came to our house because our air conditioner stooped working
He diagnosed the problem within minutes and was back the next business day repacing the motor in less than an hour
Not only was the service fast and accurate, but respectful and knowledgeable!

I'm very satisfied with the service I was provided. The technician Ruben [redacted] informed me of the situation of my AC unit. He walked me through the process of buying a new unit and qualifying me with a new loan. I'm extremely grateful for all the help.
Ruben was very thorough and explained everything very well. Wel also had Hernan on one visit and he also did a good job. Ruben returned the next day to install 2 items not available on his first trip.
