rejecting this response because: there is no desk against the blinds. These are the blinds on the back door. Why would I have a desk against those. I recommend you check your reviews online to see I am not the only one having issues with your management, it is most of the people.

Review: We have been living in these apartments for the last 4 years. Our daughter was born here and now almost 4 years old, our son is 8 months old. How do you tell an 8 month old or a toddler that pulling down the vertical blinds on the sliding door is not right. We try as much as we can, but there is only so much you can do. So some of the blinds got broken and in the last 4 years, only repairs we had requested in this house were change of dining room blinds (recently), getting rid of the mold in the bathroom (thank to the poor exhaust system in winters) and change of air conditioner (as it breaks every year, thanks to the poor quality that is being used).

We requested to have our vertical blinds on the sliding door to be changed. The response we got was," you will have to pay for these blinds as those dont come under repair warranty". What repair warranty? Our neighbors have their refrig, stove, oven, dishwasher changed multiple times in the last couple of years, but they charge for changing blinds.

There are families who dont go to the pool at all in the summer, but everyone gets charged $100 (regardless of if you are going or not),people oblige to whatever changes they make in their policies, but when it comes to the customer service, I have not seen a worse place than this. Thank god, we did not ask for too much during our stay here, but after this incident, we will be moving soon. I am not staying at a place with my 2 children where we are paying almost $1500 per month (it goes up every year), without demanding too much repairs or maintenance, and still paying $5 per vertical blind that gets broken. I have not seen such cheap place before. I feel most of their residents are southeast asians (including us) and the corporation knows that we are genuine people who dont like to complain and usually oblige with everything, it is close to the station so people tend to stay here in spite of bad customer service, so the corporation takes advantage of us being nice.Desired Settlement: We are to be charged $35 (for 7 blinds that have been changed today). I would like those $35 to be taken off the invoice.
