Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] and have determined that this does not resolve my dispute Please enter your reason(s) for rejecting the business response below.To clarify [redacted] statement, I was refunded for just my return shipping cost of $on a different incorrectly sized seat cover piece, the rear seatback, as the side panels on it were sewn on upside downIn this instance, I expected a refund for this cost, but it was only provided after requesting it multiple timesI was never refunded my "original shipping cost" of $for the order, although this would have been a nice gesture on the part of DuraFit to compensate me for the inconvenience and all the time I spent attempting to address this problem.My truck is in fact a F-XLT SuperCab [redacted] had stated that I may have seat patterns in my F-that was manufactured in October of and indicated that rear middle headrests were smaller dimensionsHe stated the second headrest cover sent to me would be manufactured using this patternHowever, he apparently forgot this discussion and sent a second headrest cover the same size as the first before the pattern was even availableWhen the third headrest cover was made, it seems to have been made after the same pattern as well, as all three headrest covers I received are exactly the same sizeOn another occasion, [redacted] offered to send a headrest cover using the pattern, which he states has even smaller dimensions than both the and headrests, but this offer was then withdrawnI have been unable to get through to [redacted] that sending multiple headrest covers that are exactly the same size did not resolve my problem of having an incorrectly sized headrest coverI would have liked to try the sizing DuraFit has for the and headrests but, unfortunately, never received a smaller-sized headrest cover than the first [redacted] seems to feel he went above and beyond expectations by sending multiple covers, but I do not feel this is so considering he never fulfilled his offer to send one of smaller dimensionsAdditionally, I do not feel privileged to have three headrest covers that are all unusable and would be glad to send them back if DuraFit would like to pay for the shipping.When I first reported that the rear middle headrest cover did not fit, one of ***'s initial suggestions was that I simply remove the headrest from the truck, as this is what some people do for better visibility anywayWhile this does not solve the problem of not receiving a full, correctly sized set of seat covers and is probably not safe, nor recommended if using the backseat for passengers, it appears as though this is what I may need to do in the end anyway, or have a headrest that does not match the others, as DuraFit was unable to provide a cover that fit the standard Ford seats in my F-Lastly, even if addressing someone as "Buddy" is meant as a friendly gesture, it is not professional and becomes unfriendly to address them in this way yet again when he or she requests not to be addressed in this manner.I remain wholeheartedly dissatisfied with ***'s and DuraFit's service.Regards, [redacted] ***

[redacted] called the Revdex.com and stated the business sent the consumer different middle head rest for the rear seat None of them would fit the consumer's truck The consumer alleges he has a F Per the applications all the middle head rest for rear seats was sent and should have fit but no fit The consumer was refunded the original shipping cost and the customer has also kept all three rear head rest sent The business paid the additional shipping cost and cost to make the middle head rest [redacted] stated when he called the consumer "buddy" it was not intended to be disrespectful but just used as a friendly gesture [redacted] is the manager and owner of the business

We have tried every possible pattern for the buyers rear middle headrest cover and they have not workedWe do not carry a pattern to satisfy the buyers needs apparentlyDurafit has tried every possible way to correct the small headrest cover not fitting tightWe have run out of optionsDurafit carries every pattern for all fords back to the 70'sOur patterns are year, make, model specificWe'll just have to agree to disagree on this issueThere is nothing else we can do. The customer has received his refund through paypal. The refund was given July 8,2016. The refund amount was $146.84. Transaction ID [redacted]

Please enter your reason(s) for rejecting the business response below.[redacted] statement that every possible pattern was attempted for the rear middle headrest is inaccurate. Either the information he provided stating that the pattern's dimensions for 2014 were smaller is incorrect or the subsequent covers sent to me were not manufactured based upon this pattern, as they were EXACTLY THE SAME SIZE as the first. Further, [redacted] stated the 2015 cover was even smaller, but this one was never tried. [redacted] has failed to ever address why I continued to receive the same sized cover when he indicated remakes were being created based upon a smaller-sized pattern. [redacted] customer service practices and etiquette leave a great deal to be desired. It is discouraging to know that businesses of this quality exist. I will go to further efforts to communicate my experience with DuraFit Covers to others since [redacted] has made no sincere attempts to resolve my problem by either sending me a cover of a smaller size or by compensating me with a partial reimbursement on my purchase price considering that I never received a full, accurately sized set of seat covers.Regards,

In this instance, I expected a refund for this cost, but it was only provided after requesting it multiple times. I was never refunded my "original shipping cost" of $24.06 for the order, although this would have been a nice gesture on the part of DuraFit to compensate me for the inconvenience and all the time I spent attempting to address this problem.My truck is in fact a 2013 F-150 XLT SuperCab. [redacted] had stated that I may have 2014 seat patterns in my 2013 F-150 that was manufactured in October of 2013 and indicated that 2014 rear middle headrests were smaller dimensions. He stated the second headrest cover sent to me would be manufactured using this pattern. However, he apparently forgot this discussion and sent a second headrest cover the same size as the first before the 2014 pattern was even available. When the third headrest cover was made, it seems to have been made after the same pattern as well, as all three headrest covers I received are exactly the same size.
