Initial Business Response / [redacted] (1000, 5, 2015/11/05) */ We are happy to repair the issue with his vehicleHe did show up w/o an appointment and had we had open time we would have repaired it at that time I apologized for his long drive and us being busy I offered to communicate with a shop in his town to see if they would look at it for us He became upset demanding that something be done immediately which I again said we couldn't do due to time constraints If he would like us to talk to the shop in his town I will do that to see if they would be willing to help us out As I explained to him we have done that for shops over the years when their customers ended up on our doorstep If he wants us to fix it we are able to do that too He should call and make an appointment or at a minimum call ahead to confirm we have open time before driving hours in each direction
