Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because: 1 I am one of many truck drivers that pickup from the company that builds these pieces , and I asked while I was there( *** ***) in Spokane Wahow long it generally takes to manufactoure windows I gave them my sizes (appox as ia donot know what was ordered) and they said two to three weeks also since I pickup from there I only know of one day that any of the company trucks were delayed leaving Spokane and those trucks were going east and not to the west or Portland Ore. or to the south into cal. they were elayed going to reno for about two hrsone day last week.. unknown reason the dispatch center couldnt remember off the top of his head and was buried in phone calls so I let it drop. I checked just yesterday . fyi *** *** is the # 2 business that we export for in Spokane Wa... also your sales person was the one that said two weeks to start with the other person that showes up to take the finnal messerments said three weeks.. it been all most three months your person in the office should try and clear you voice mail boxes as they seem to be full all of the timeand we could not leave messages 3 your delivery of the windows arrived two days ago thank you ... have agood day.. *** ** Sincerely,*** ***

Our Branch Manager, Angie, reached out to the homeowners to apologize for the delay and explain our circumstances, which are fairly understandable this time of year.  She was also bumping this project to ASAP.  After speaking with the homeowners, they expressed that they would like to...

cancel their project.  We will honor that request.  As of 11/9/2017, this project is off of our production calendar and the file is closed.

Note: Satisfactory in that the business has made telephone contact with me, requested before & after repair pictures, which I provided (electronically). Otherwise EcoBest has not satisfied any of the terms I requested; I spoke with Rick and he said that once we return from abroad EcoBest would address my concerns and attempt to resolve them. Sincerely,

We are reviewing all the information received and will be contacting the customers.

The sales representative is a seasoned window sales consultant with 15 years experience.  I questioned him about how long he informs customers it will take from point of sale to delivery of materials (on window orders) and his response is 4-6 weeks for all custom window orders....

 
 
There is also the factor of slowed production and delivery of East coast products due to the wild-fires we have been dealing with here in the Northwest.  Delivery trucks from all industries had been slowed down or redirected to longer than usual routes.  This in turn set delivery schedules back an additional two weeks or more.
 
Delivery setbacks also affect currently scheduled projects and push them back as well.  Each project is prioritized based on date of sale, so more than just this project was pushed further due to things out of our control.  
 
Our original target install date based from the date of sale was late July/ early August.  With the push-back, later August is still on target for an average start-to-finish.
 
Our customer service and scheduling manager was questioned about communication with the customers and was not aware that there was any issue with exchange of information other than us not having the ability to schedule the project due to materials having a delay on delivery.  Our manager also keeps notes on communications.
 
Regardless, the materials are in and our crews are caught up to this project.  The project installs this week and the customer has been notified.
 
If there are any issues as far as workmanship or materials, we provide a 10 year warranty on all projects.
