Dress of a Lifetime

This was a typical bait and switch they advertised a dress on their website an when I ordered the dress it was totally a different dress, before they sent the dress to me they Mrs.[redacted] the owner emailed a picture of the dress I responded immediately and said no that's not nowhere near the same dress I ordered she said it is I sent her a picture of the dress I ordered an told her to compare it, it looks completely different. She told me its to late shes about to tell her company to ship it out I told her no that's not what I ordered I ask her to send me the dress I ordered she said she sending me the dress on the picture she sent me anyway she didn't offer to fix or repair or to try to do anything and said she was sending it anyway I didn't receive the dress until 3days before my wedding so I explain to her I was crying an pleading with her to replace my money back into my account this wasn't the dress I ordered she ruined my wedding dress she has foss advertisement. On one of her emails she said she was waiting on me to approve of it before shipping the same day I responded an ask her not to ship it to me I did not approve an she sent it anyway, and she told me she wasn't going to charge my account until its finished an she charged my account a 2months before it was even shipped out on April 21,2012
