I am rejecting this response because:The oil was changed on our own, but there was no reason for the oil to leak to the point of ruining the engine*** *** send pictures according to him that the car stains of oil leak, but I told him there was no stains of oil leaks, but again that was coming from him that is not a mechanic and all that time I was dealing with an actual mechanic. besides the dash board never showed any lights on to service engine or oil problemsI took it to my certified mechanic and he said the engine didn't get ruin because of oil leak, it was because of failure to the engineWe also took it to the Dick Poe Toyota here in EL Paso and they said that there was a problem with the engine or computer failure not oil leak. again *** *** the one that received the car when we got there try to start the car a lot of times when he finally did the car started making a loud noise that was not making before the car turned off when we were driving it*** *** should off never touch our car. When he knew he mess up there first thing he did is blame it on oil leakTill this day you can see under the car and there is no stains of oil like he said and we have not made any repair to the carIts exactly the same as we took it to the dealershipToyota warranty didn't want to pay, because once they found out that *** *** had touch the car and he was not a mechanic, they told me to go after the dealership because they had mess with the car not using a certified mechanic

***,This is not a warranty issue per Toyota, the reason for that is the customer changer their own oil and the customer left the drain plug loose and all the oil came out of engine and destroyed engine, we did contact Toyota at the customer's request they denied the request due to customer
