Experiencing an air conditioning crisis in the middle of the night led to an 8am call to Drabek & Hill for help. The receptionist arranged an appt with a service professional for three hours later. The gentleman (Geoff) arrived on time, diagnosed the problem, and replaced the part all within an hour. Problem solved within hours of occurrence!
