I called Dr. Degree's HVAC after reading an advertisement in The Shopper. [redacted] (Dr. Degree) answered my call personally, asked appropriate questions about the problem I was having with some multi-split units in my home, and did some helpful research even before coming to my home for an assessment of the problem.. He was very knowledgeable and thorough in his work. He definitely went above and beyond by checking out the an additional problem I was having with my central HVAC system. He even went under my house to inspect my ductwork on a very cold day. His price was VERY reasonable. I could not have been happier. I give [redacted] (Dr. Degree) my strongest recommendation for being responsive, accessible, trustworthy, very respectful of my lack of HVAC knowledge, his high degree of HVAC knowledge, and his very fair pricing. I've already recommended him to my neighbors.
[redacted] is awesome. My heat would not go on in the beginning of the season on a Sunday morning, the first 30 degree night.
[redacted] talked me through over riding the system to get my heat working. He followed up later that day and came first thing in the morning to fix the system. I have not had an issue since he fixed the problem. [redacted] is very knowledgeable and thorough. I have had several vendors before Mr. Degrees' [redacted] and they were nowhere the caliber of [redacted]. He works in high integrity and has the ability to communicate the issues honestly and clearly. My household has 3 generations and I trust Mr. Degrees to be there when I need him.
