Review: Three weeks ago we purchased a vehicle from Don Johnson Motors. As a condition of the sale we where promised certain items. 1. My cell phone would be hooked to the vehicle using Bluetooth for hands free calling 2. a tool box would be mounted in the bed of the truck 3. My satellite radio would be transferred to the new vehicle as it was already set up for this at the factory 4. An extra set of keys would be provided 5. An inspection would be performed and any problems would be dealt with. the vehicle was washed and given to me with low tires and not one of the other promised items has come to fruition. The salesman has lied about the why of these things not happening over and over. Last week he supposedly ordered a new radio for the truck that would be compatible for satellite radio. Friday he claimed it was shipped on Thursday. Monday it was shipped Monday but he would call back today. Today no call. He always has an excuse. Most excuses when I follow up are not true. If he had not swore that the vehicle had these features we never would have proceeded with the purchase. He has ripped us off and insulted our intelligenceDesired Settlement: Rescind the sale. I am sick of spending time and money trying to get what we where promised. I have spent hours driving up to Don Johnson Motors, calling the satellite radio folks, and calling the salesman.

To whom it may concern
Review: the inspection report was not given to me until after I signed the purchase agreement.
the purchase agreement said mileage was 247000 not 147000 as on odometer.
they said everything worked, nothing wrong until I signed agreement.
when I did get report it said excessive oil consumption,2 not legal items-suspension,rear tire.
I thought I could just could put spare on rear tire.
I took car to mechanic:
1. ac was completely dry, could not work? $200
2,spare tire lock was froze, rusted did not work
3, spare tire was different size than tires on car if I could get it off.
4. car had wrong size tires for vehicle-recommended [redacted] on car-new tires $500
5, oil pan was rusted through on bottom-$650
6.it should not be legal to sell a car in this condition without full disclosure of defects and repair costsDesired Settlement: I am already installing new tires on Thursday
having spare tire lock cut
oil pan repaired on dec 5
I want adjusted costs on vehicle purchase price!
cost of correct size of spare 205-75-15 and new spare tire lock
$650 for repair of oil pan and 200 for repair of AC

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.
I met with don johnson motors today. they were very cooperative and helpful. they said they found the problem with my air conditioner and also they ordered parts to replace my oil plan. I am very satisfied. I would deal with them again.
