At this time, I have been contacted directly by Dollie and Me regarding complaint ID [redacted], however my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
10pt;" class="MsoNormal">The company finally refunded my money after I contacted my credit card company to dispute the charge for item not received or processed as promised. - They NEVER called me despite numerous request to speak with a representative. This company has the WORST customer service I have ever dealt with. They send "canned" e-mails and do not address the concern or keep their commitments. Despite ordering my granddaughtersChristmas 10 days before the shipping cut off date and paying for expedited shipping, the company did not process the order and gave me excuse after excuse that it would arrive. They also promised a total discount on order which never happened, they promised it was on way and provided a tracking number that did not show up on [redacted] tracking for 6 days (which according to [redacted] it had not left the company warehouse until then). You could never get anyone on the phone or get anyone to call you back. There final response after "refunding" charge was they would give me a 20% discount on a futureregular priced item. I would NEVER purchase from them again because of the horrible customer service I received.
