Review: My fiance and I took our 3 month old dog to [redacted] for training May 2012 for the 10 Day Unlimited Program at a cost of $1725.00. Initally we had difficulty reaching her to set up a drop off day and time, however we finally dropped him off and made payment to her. We picked him up after a few days longer than the 10 days per her request. She did follow up with one home visit in June 2012, again after going back and forth to set up a time and date. Per the contract, we were promised two home visits,a third back at her home facility,five days free dog sitting and training new commands. I attempted to set up a second home visit in Aug 2012 as we were having difficulties with [redacted], via email,the preferred contact method for [redacted]. At this point she had her baby that she was pregnant with while training [redacted], she asked me to let her know when, I wrote her back the same day to let her know when. I did not hear anything back from her at all. I wrote her again on Nov 13 2012, all the while trying to deal with the dogs issues on our own, we requested a partial refund as she has not followed through with the training, or the Corporate offices information to contact them directly, again no response. I requested a second response Nov 23 2012, no reply. I wrote her a third and final time on Jan 16 2013 requesting full refund for failure to follow through on the training contract, and to date, have received no response what so ever. We feel that as she was so far along in her pregnancy, she did not provide the proper training for [redacted], and it is very unprofessional for her to ignore all of our requests. We followed through with his training on our end and we still had issues training him, that we may not have had if she would have honored the contract. This is poor business, we will have to pay for other training and we made every good faith effort to have her help us, not to mention the money we are out. I have all the emails if needed. Review: I have not received the framed picture promised in the overnight package I had bought. Personal visit to my house for additional training was not fulfilled. After his initial training was complete I went back to her house for another training session almost two hours away which consisted of her asking me if my dog has been obeying commands then wanted to reschedule for a house visit. No additional training as promised. After a very aggressive episode with my dog less than two months after his first and only training I had wrote an email to her explaining what happened and asked for some guidance on what to do next but no reply to the email. I also called and left a message which was not returned.Desired Settlement: Molly's failure to fulfill the contract has proven her lack of professionalism. We do not, at this point, want to have any dealings with her besides getting back some of the money we paid for services not rendered. She has three different training packages to choose from. We bought the most expensive one (dream dog program) and based on the descriptions for each and what we had personally received, the most basic package is what we got. We want the the difference between the two packages returned to us. We paid $1700 for the Dream Dog Package.
