Working with principal owner Joel Matson is near impossible. I am a perspective renter/buyer on a property he currently represents. I have spoke with him over the phone 3 times requesting an application to rent, easy email right?! Two emails, 6 text messages, multiple calls and 3 days later no response.
I feel bad for his clients loosing potential business due to his lack of effort and courtesy
