First of all I can say with 100% confidence that all the guests on this tour with the obvious exception of [redacted] , enjoyed themselves based on the follow up survey that Collette didIt seems to me that [redacted] does not even know what a "tour" isAlso the client should be aware that if they are travelling by coach with a number of other people from literally all over the world there could be some that wear perfumeThat being the case [redacted] should not have answered the questionnaire that [redacted] sent her the way she did on the first questionShe indicated that there were no health issuesIf she got that ill then I would suggest that she was not honest answering the questionnaire The client needs to take some responsibility and she should have informed us that perfume or other scents such as deodorant could pose a problem As far as the airline ticket from [redacted] back to [redacted] , [redacted] says that we were advised of this changeThe branch did not receive the email but we will take responsibility for that
