I do not accept this responseI will explain whyI dont fully believe that the product they are willing to ship me for free is the only thing wrong with this toyIf I accept the free parts and it doesnt fix the problem, im back at square oneSince im not the only one with a defective product, I feel its a manufacture problem that needs to be resolved before selling anymoreI personally feel its the weight of the kids riding in it thats causing it to work improperlyTherefore the weight/age limit should be adjusted for new customersI asked a manager where I purchased this product if I would be able to return it, and I was told that usually after days they refuse returnsi would REALLY like a refund so I can purchase something my kids can actually rideThank you

Okay this is the dealThe "terrain and the weight" is not a factorMy kids weigh less than the max weight (130lbs) and my "terrain" (my yard) is flatIm sick and tired of large companies taking advantage of consumers!! Im a combat disabled vet and deserve a whole lot better than this junk that yall manufactured!! Im going to be blunt and straight forward about thisYou either give me a refund for this piece of junk or I go to the Wounded Warriors Program or the Iraq and Afghanistan Veterans of America (which I am a member of both) and we turn this into a bigger problemI have no problem what so ever bashing your company on every social media on how you took advantage of a disabled vetNow, im going to ask you again one more timeWould you please be ever so kind to give me a refund?

As the manager of the call center I spoke with Mrs. [redacted] on 7/22/2016. She was fine with me sending her via email troubleshooting instructions. And advised her to contact us for assistance and to have the parts needed sent at no charge...

with no shipping and handling fees. As to date no response has been received from them.
