Hello Sirs, Please remove the following compliant I've had against Boost Express Moving. We were able to come to resolution which meet and exceeded my expectations! Thank you,

DEAR SIR: WE ARE RESPONDING TO THE COMPLAINT FOR CUSTOMER *** *** . We originally gave the customer a : "BINDING ESTIMATE" BASED ON THE INVENTORY LIST THE CUSTOMER ORIGINALLY GAVE US. AT THE TIME OF THE PICK UP , THE CUSTOMER HAD MANY MORE ITEMS THAN HE
ORIGINALL LISTED & IT RESULTED IN MORE CUBIC FEET & VOLUME THAN WE WERE LEAD TO BELIEVE. THE ITEMS HE ORIGINALLY GAVE US WAS AN "ESTIMATE." AT THE PICK UP WE ADVISED HIM THAT HE HAD MANY MORE ITEMS & BOXES & THAT THE CUBIC FOOT VOLUME WAS MUCH MORE THAN HE ORIGINALLY LISTED. WE ADVISED HIM OF THIS BEFORE THE GOODS WERE LOADED ON THE TRUCK WITH OUR VISUAL INSPECTION & THE CUSTOMER AGREED TO A SET PRICE . WE HAVE A SIGNED CONTRACT IN THIS REGARD. WE WERE VERY ACCOMODATING TO HIM IN THAT IT WOULD HAVE COST MUCH MORE , BUT KEPT THE PRICE AS LOW AS POSSIBLE TO FACILITATE THE MOVE. IT IS ALSO LISTED ON THE CONTRACT THAT BOOST EXPRESS HAS UP TO BUSINESS DAYS FOR THE DELIVERY. WE COMPLETED THE DELIVERY WITHIN THIS TIMEFRAME. I am rejecting this response because:
The binding estimate was given based on your estimator Dmitri who visited my house and checked the inventory. How can I have more items all of a sudden? This is bogus from the company. Justin assured me many times that the estimate will not change and the packing will be completed in one day. Justin sent the packers with the wrong estimate to begin with on 06/21, then changed it and even then the packing was not completed on that day. There was absolutely zero communication from Boost Express about when they will pack, and what the process would be - the packers left at 1AM with packing still not complete. Why did they not talk about the change in inventory on 06/21, but still went ahead with the packing? That is because Justin assured me the price will be same and they will proceed with the move. Next day on 06/22, why would they suddenly realize that they need to charge me extra and the inventory is more, that too after 13 hours of packing? It just doesn't make sense. All lies, and more lies coming from Justin the sales person and Lou the dispatcher. Regarding delivery, why would they assure me time and again that the truck has left, it is on its way and give me dates when it would be arriving? As the days progressed, every time I called, Lou would give me a different date. Justin would be clueless and say "I don't know". Is this the customer service they are talking about? If you know that the truck has not left NJ and my goods are still residing in your warehouse, then say so and tell me when it will be delivered. Do not give me wrong dates, because I have to make arrangements for my family to stay elsewhere. The truck driver Alex confirmed that he picked up the truck during July 4th weekend, so why would Lou tell me that the truck is on its way, it is taking a different route and all other bogus excuses? All lies. Boost Express is terrible and I really would like they to come clean and accept their mistake, and make amends if they do claim their customer service is good.
