purchase (meaning individually)The purchase has a option to select the quantity, if more than one is needed We explain this to the customer in detailFor her issue and for her confusion we also offer her a complementary discountHowever, because she has had the product more than days after purchase and shipment it is against our policy to exchange or refund the productThis information is also heavily noted on the website and was explained to the customer The picture is a display to show recommended amount needed which is noted via FAQ and per page selection under that type of purchase.
