Our experience with Energy Windows in Mesa, AZ was positive from the startIt began with a product presentation that was highly informative and didn’t involve any attempts to up sell usThe presenters then showed us some of the damage our windows had developed over the years, did some measurements and offered a 90-day estimate—all at no costWe had plenty of time to talk things over ourselves before making a commitmentSince it’s a big investment, we decided to half of our windows at that time and half at a later dateThey locked in the same price for the latter installation! There was a follwith a technician to get exact measurements and set a time and date for installationThe installers did a fantastic job and cleaned up as they workedWe are very pleased with our new triple-pane windowsThe enhanced construction encases the windows and looks fabulousThe folks at Energy Windows are fabulousSeveral months after our new windows were installed, our dog went a little nuts and tore of the screensWe called to see what we needed to do to repair or replace the screen, and the next day someone came out and fixed them at no additional costI highly recommend Energy WindowsOur power bill has dropped significantly, the windows look great, and the service is top-notch

Having windows installed today and the workers are not only extremely pleasant but are doing a fantastic job at installing our new windows One came cracked and was informed immediately that a new one has already been ordered, so not a problem at all Can't comment on the energy efficiency at this time but am counting on lower electricity bills in the future months
