To anyone thinking about going to this school ... Please beware of how they handle your finance papers. I had a bad experience with them that iam still dealing with. I went to this school on a pell grant which was $2650.00. No student loan!!!!!! What they did was they had the students sign blank financial forms and told us that they would fill in the numbers when the pell grant information comes in. I was not okay with this and did raise questions about signing blank forms. What we were told is that anyone that don't sign would not graduate from the class. Now this took place two weeks before the end of the course. The course then was a few months then. Over the years my taxes was been collected. I have talked with and attorney which advice me on some things I can do. I found the following www.files.eric.ed.gov/fulltext/ed358567.pdf
Or
U.s. Department of education, office of inspector
Ed 358 567
Or
U.S. Department of Education Office of Inspector General
Semiannual report to congress. Dated October 1, 1992 - March 31, 1993
This document references fraudulent practice , loan monies were also disbursed incorrectly , missal location and abuse of funds. Now I am not saying this school is in this report. However I am saying sun praire Wi, diesal truck driving school did fraudulent by the abusive way in which they handled this. It may be to late for me to redeem what has been stolen from me. But, you don't have to be a victim has I have been and continue to me victimized every year at tax time. Thisdocument is 123 pages long. So give yourself time to read it.
A "pell grant" is not repayable when you complete your schooling. I hope this helps someone from becoming a victim an maybe they have changed their business practices. But, beware!
