This is my fourth attempt to answer this complaint Your web site needs help.MrsF did not like the cement work We went back to this job several times to make this client happy We could not so we decided to completely the cement( I have pictures of both jobs available) We did a very nice job for her but she cannot be satisfied We did not destroy her driveway There was a splash of cement on the left corner which we cleaned up to the best of our ability I did not call her because the job is done She has not called us in the last three weeks so why would I think otherwise? The drain work is obviously fine and working as it should.Her version of the dialogue between us is not what I remember I feel, as a company, we have tried our hardest to help her resolve her concerns and can do nothing more at this point

We serviced this woman and our snake got caught in the roots in her line We did not break our cable at all The cable in her line has probably been there for a long time It is not ours because we would have told her if it was and we would have gotten it out of her line We sent additional men because when there are so many roots in the line that our technicians arms become exhausted cabling and they help each other I was the one who suggested she call the City of [redacted] and have them clean their end She was very impressed that my guys worked so hard for her at the time It was not our cable and therefore we do not feel we owe a refund

When I dealt with this lady, I was very nice to her and I suggested she call the City of Cranston so they could clean out their end of her line as well. She is twisting what happened now that the job is over. She couldn't say enough about our guys and the fact that they all came out to help resolve the issue. She had roots in her line and the cable got entangled in the roots. My son has had rotor cuff surgery and his arms were getting tired trying to untangle it that is why my grandson came out to help him. How many times do I have to say that we did not break the cable in the line? We did not. If we had, we would have pulled it out because we have been doing this work for years and know how to do that easily. There was a ball of roots at the end of her line and that's what caused the back up originally. The cable in the line could have been from the contractor who does the city work. We have no way of knowing.Second question, her line is running. I had all my drivers on that job. Are we supposed to work for free? Are we supposed to refund her money because she keeps complaining? We did nothing wrong. I don't know whose cable was in that line but I am positive it wasn't ours because when my son came back from that job his cable was intact. I feel that refunding her money would be an admission of guilt on our part and we are not guilty!

What the business describes as "a splash of cement on the left corner which we cleaned up to the best of our ability" is certainly more than a splash. I have sent photos of the cement spill damage.I request that the driveway be returned to its original condition before this company did any work at my property.Regards,

The next day I had men from the Cranston Sewer Deptto snake out my clean out lineI was totally shocked to see a piece of snake came out of my line into the sewer
I have only had this company to do the work for meSince they did the work, I assume it was their snake left in the line
I feel they are responsible for the problem, and owe me a refund f $

Every Time I have to read the response from this business, I get very stressed. I know I am telling the truth.I am 78 yrs old, have spinal stenosis, high blood pressure and CLL (cancer) etc. I’ve had enough of the fairy tales and the stress. I don’t think this will be resolved.
