Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
Most of the response by King Insulation is filled with lies. I had never heard of [redacted]'s [redacted] until King Insulation told me that they couldn't do all the work themselves. I never complained about the price, nor did I shop around or even contact [redacted]'s on my own. All of that was done by King's Insulation. All instructions about what work needed to be done was given to [redacted]'s by King's Insulation. It defies logic that I would be considered an expert on insulation so all the findings of the energy audit had to be passed on by King Insulation. I did nothing more than write a check, as King Insulation contacted [redacted]'s and set up the work that they, themselves, told me that they couldn't do. Furthermore, when your company does a miserable job, the easiest and laziest way to blame the customer is to make accusations that can't be backed up. Whether the insulation was effective or not has nothing to do with if the insulation is all over my home and, if so, why. I didn't call anyone any vulgar names, this is just a way to try and avoid the facts. If King Insulation wants to actually provide any evidence, I would love to see it and think they would be helping the Revdex.com do their job. What is almost entirely absent from their response is any defense of their job or explanation of what they believe is all over my home, which is shown very clearly in those photographs. I did hire a company to inspect the [redacted] but the more important question is how does King Insulation know this? How do they know what's in a report that was purchased by me and for which the records and details of that report were never legally shared with them? Can they provide the Revdex.com with a copy of that report and, if so, why haven't they? I have not heard from any "security" team and this is also just more of an attempt by this company to avoid taking responsibility for not doing their job. King Insulation would have you believe that they did ALL their work in my home and cashed my check, all without incident, but while only speaking with them about 3 time in 2 years, that I became a rapid dog, so terrible and/or scary, that they could never come out and inspect the insulation all over the condo even one time. However, they have somehow managed to try and investigate my life in ways that are truly creepy and probably illegal. And still managing to only lie about the facts. It's either insulation all over my home or it's not. If it is, then King Insulation needs to own the problem and fix everything. They can't just install insulation that leaks all over my home and then say later, they're willing to take the insulation out and leave me with the damages. And who's going to check their work? I would be fine with coming to an agreement on a 3rd party to evaluate the condo and, you know, actually come out and look with their eyes, something King still refuses to even do. King Insulation has the audacity to makes all these slanderous personal attacks, but since I contacted them in the fall of last year, has made no effort to even evaluate the problem. The would want you to believe that even with the possibility that their insulation is leaking all through my home, that they could think of no alternative than to telling me TOO BAD, which is what they've done so far, and instead of making any effort to look into the problems, come take their own photos, samples, etc, their time was better served harassing me by looking into my personal life. I am frail and disabled and anyone is welcome to come here to see for themselves. The lawyer I spoke with called this a "latent" construction problem. One that takes time to show up. It's not like insulation was pouring in like Niagra Falls and the fact that the response mentions I used the word dust problems, proves I wasn't sure what it was at first. But it's obvious to anyone with eyes that what's in those photos is not dust or skin. That's why King has strung me along and why they are willing to agree to remove their insulation but not willing to admit or even inspect the problem to show that it's insulation all over my home. If King doesn't want to do it, let them get a 3rd party to do so. I'm fine with accepting the results as long as King Insulation can prove they have no relationship with whomever does the inspection. Let King agree to wave the time limit rule for the [redacted]. I'm sure they delayed this long counting on the fact most people don't know it's two years, which just ran out a mere months ago. If it's not insulation and not their fault I have this mess, then they'd have nothing to lose and everything to gain. I believe this is nowhere near a good faith attempt to resolve the issue, as KIng has done nothing yet again to even look at the problem and formulate and kind of hypothesis of what the white stuff is all over my home, when it exactly matches the insulation they put in and are willing to take out as long as no one can check their work to ensure it's done right and and I'm left paying for the damages, all of this while KIng has been steadfast in refusing to investigate the matter at all.
