Dear, Mr*** and Miss ***, First, let me start by saying I am so sorry that *** was so upset that she felt she had to go on to the social media and Revdex.com to complainIn years of owning Salons I have never received a complaintWe are very proud to have a "Customer is always right"
policy in our salonI (***) a.k.a*** spoke to *** on the phone as stated and told her as soon as *** (stylist) was finished with her client she would contact herI assured her it would be taken care ofI am sending you a copy of the text message Looking at the text message there is a number transposedIt definitely is an oversight on our part and we didn’t realize it until I saw her correct phone number on the complaintMessage was sent to the wrong personThat is why *** never received a responseOf course this is not ***s fault it is oursThe salon was open that evening until about p.mor laterIf no one answered the phone then a message should have been left on our answering machineWe clean the salon on Sunday morning and check all the messagesAs soon as I get in so I can call clients back immediatelyThere was or has been any messages on the phone from *** since I spoke to her on the phone on July 18thI have contacted *** for a list of all incoming calls in case I missed itAgain, I am so sorry ***’s experience with getting her first permanent was unpleasant*** thought she had responded and was trying to make it rightHair was processed properly and was in good condition when she left as seen by three stylists that all agreed it was loose curls and not as curly as *** wantedThere is no problem in her going somewhere else and getting the Spiral perm she asked forElk Grove stylists offering Spiral perms with her length of hair would charge upwards of $*** is an experienced stylist/salon owner and will be refunding $via postal mail to the address listed in the complaintThe $*** is requesting is unreasonable and not warrantedIf *** feels her hair is in bad condition, I will personally analyse her hair’s condition and condition as needed, free of chargeRespectfully, *** ***, owner/stylist
