Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because: I have already found a replacement on my own.
Had *** come to me with this compromise earlier I would have considered it At this time however, this is like offering a free lunch when one has already eaten Resolution for me would include *** refunding the FULL fee I paid I would consider a compromise of 1/the fee I already paid considering I paid for and did my own background check, and I did spend a considerable amount of time checking references and dealing with complaints from the interviewee who thought *** was also unprofessional
If she would consider refunding half the fee I already paid I will consider this resolved and remove my NEGATIVE yelp review which was already posted
Sincerely,*** ***

I went to *** ***’s office to assist her in hiring a front desk personWe talked for about minutesDuring that time, she spoke of her employees very negatively, using the** * * word over a dozen timesI have never in years met a dentist who speaks that way in a business setting***
also bragged about reporting two Salem dentists to the dental board. I have always worked with dentists without a contractI tell every dentist, including ***, the same thing“I charge $an hour to search for a qualified applicant and I pass on the cost of Indeed and Craigslist to the dentistThat is the extent of my verbal contract Every dentist I have worked with has been kind, honest and appreciative I have never had a problem or complaintI always follow through and go above and beyond for my clients because I like to help and I like to make them happy. I found an employee for *** in the first week, which is very quickIt can take weeks to find an experienced, qualified person with the right personality for the subject officeThe woman I found, ***, is stable, not a job hopper, smart and dependable She has been with her current employer over years and is only leaving because she drives two hours every day to work. The problems started for *** when *** was bad mouthing her past and present employees*** told her she didn’t want to be in that kind of environment but *** continued her negativity*** was also unwilling to let *** give her current employer two weeks’ notice, because *** needed her NOW!” In fact *** commented that when she was at ***’s home, the two week notice question came up again***’s husband said, “You should want an employee who has the integrity to give two weeks’ notice.”As I had nothing to do with ***’s resignation and I felt certain this pattern with *** would continue, based on her history of significant turnover, I chose to resign as wellI did the job I was paid for; find a qualified employee that *** liked*** did like *** and hired her; ***’s cruel words caused *** to quit***’s cruel words have caused other’s to quit, including myself I charged *** fairly for my time and passed on the expenses I incurred, as I told her I would.I may have continued to help *** if she had been pleasant to work with and not threatened me with a YELP and Revdex.com complaint. To recap: I told *** I would find a qualified employee and I would charge $per hour, which I didI told *** I would charge her for the Craigslist and Indeed costs which I didI told *** I did not use a contract because I believe in a “hand shake deal”, which has always been appreciated by my dentist clients. Please see ***’s resignation letter attached***’s previous front desk employee, ***, told *** she does not want to come forward because she is “afraid of ***.”Please see one of ***’s dozens of Texts attached: See the last line regarding ***Attached is my Wells Fargo Bank statement with Indeed chargesMy bank statements show my Indeed charges for a three month periodAs you can see from June, July and August, Indeed charges one lump sum the first of each month, for the previous month; I have already sent *** the Craigslist ads she was charged for and would have sent Indeed if she had asked for it.I am happy to discuss this further with Revdex.com at any time.Thank you so much!! *** ***

10-5-16 [redacted]To: Revdex.com   Re: [redacted]I would very much like tor resolve this issue and hope [redacted] and I can come to a compromise. In my job recruiting and interviewing, after meeting with the dentist to determine what she/he is looking for in an employee, I start my search. I post ads on Craigslist and I email Indeed candidates daily. Both Craigslist and the Indeed charge are passed on to the dentist/owner. I charge a fair hourly rate for my time. When interviewing applicants, I screen for the level of experience the dentist is looking for and dismiss the applicants I feel will not be a good fit for the practice. When I meet an applicant I feel is a good fit, I send the resume and a recap of my interview to the dentist who also interviews the candidate. The dentist decides if he/she wants to invite the candidate to do working interview and the dentist makes the decision whether or not to hire the candidate. I never make the hiring decision.I met with [redacted] for 45 minutes. I liked her and suggested to [redacted] she also interview [redacted]. According to [redacted], [redacted] spent four hours interviewing and testing [redacted] and then offered her the positon. [redacted] accepted, but one week later [redacted] changed her mind and declined the position.Occasionally it happens that a newly hired employee and/or a doctor will change their mind. An employee may have second thoughts about leaving their current position and sometimes the Dr just decides not to hire a new person. Since I have spent time recruiting, the dentist always pays for my time and expenses. No dentist has ever questioned the reasonableness and fairness of this.  Never has a dentist asked me to donate my time to them because someone changed his or her mind about the job. I would have been happy to continue recruiting and interviewing for [redacted], but she demanded I do this for free and threatened to report me to yelp and the Revdex.com if I did not continue for free.Additionally, when a new employee is hired, even though at least two interviews have been done, along with a background check and testing, an employer never really knows how a new employee will work out until they work together for a while. Sometimes the employee just does not fit in and the relationship is discountinued.I am open to compromise to settle this issue and I would like to suggest mediation or arbitration. [redacted] can choose which she prefers. I think we should share the cost. [redacted]

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: I never received this document from [redacted]. I received a very short email copied as an attachment.

I like to take this as the first opportunity to have reviewed this information from [redacted].  None of her explanations were factual.  We talked about why [redacted] was leaving. No negative rhetoric was used.  [redacted] my long term employee was present the ONLY day [redacted] was in the office shadowing [redacted], and can verify none of that is true.

[redacted] charged a service for an employee that never began work, nor did [redacted] ever find a replacement or offer us another option.Sincerely,[redacted]
