DeMelo and Sons Decorative Concrete

Hi , to respond to the complain from customer, last year I went to customers house to give her a price install stamp concrete around the poolAfter some health issues this year I had call customer and told him that I could not do they pool deck I had told him if they wanted the money back , at that point in time they had asked me if I knew anyone that could do the job for them ? I told them that I know this guy [redacted] the he does stamped concrete, he's not my uncle is a good friend of my uncle, customer decide to have them do the job, according to [redacted] they have a contract between customer and [redacted] which the deposit there was given to me I had give it to [redacted] ***, and the second payment that she's talking about he was give Direct too [redacted] it was never given to me I feel very sorry that the job didn't come out good but it was not me oh my company the did the job when [redacted] start doing the job I had asked customer if they were satisfied with new company, and the customer respond does she was very happy and she was glad the [redacted] stone wall it was doing the job, my company it was not involved with the Job , she did not pay me for any work everything was done true [redacted] and he collect all payments,

It was shocking and disappointing when *** *** responded to my complaint and blatantly lied about the circumstances of this ordeal Thankfully due to technology, I have so much proof that supports the truth The attached email chain between *** and myself shows that he told us his uncle worked with him and would be doing our job, which directly counteracts the lies in his response Our contract was with DeMelo and Sons Concrete We never signed anything with any other company He told us his uncle *** (whose real name is ***, we think) and his cousin *** all work for him We noticed that the trucks had logos with *** *** *** on them, but when we asked we were told that they work under DeMelo and Sons Concrete. It is highly unfortunate that *** will not take responsibility for the poor job the team HE sent to work at our house, but it is no longer surprising since we caught them in lies multiple times already Since *** will not resolve this through this Revdex.com dispute, we are left with no choice but to pursue legal action against him Thankfully I have EVERYTHING documented and his lies will never hold up in a court of law I have countless emails and texts that prove he is lying and that HE is responsible for this job I look forward to seeing him proven wrong. ***, shame on you You and your family misled us and took advantage of our willingness to believe that you were honest and hardworking people You do NOT stand by your work and instead just lie your way out of taking responsibility SHAME ON YOU
