I was told by the nail salon that they would not finish the work that they started on my nails and that I was to go somewhere else. They left me with the raw acrylics on my nails. They did not provide any reason for abruptly discontinuing the service that they were in the middle of providing me. They left me having to search for another salon last minute to finish the work they started.
Explanation of Charges I want a explanation of why I was suddenly thrown out of a business establishment without any explanation that refused to finish the work they started on my nails. They left me with raw glued-on acrylics on my nails.
I have provided an attached complaint letter giving full detailes of the complaint.

Good Morning ***,
I received an email stating that this case was now closed, because I did not provide a response within 14 days and it was assumed that I was satisfied with the business' response. I can assure you that is not the case. I did not see that email and only found out that the business replied when I received the email about the case being closed. I went on the website trying to see their response, but it is not there. Can this case please be reopened and a copy of the business' response sent to me?

I have already stated what transpired with Ms. in reference to her complaint. my statement remainS the SAME. I do not know what Ms. game plan is all about but she also filed this same complaint against me at the Dept. Of Licensing which I responded telling them exactly what I told your Agency.
I do not which to do business with Ms *** in the furture because I do not which to be accused and lied on for something I did not do. Trying to keep out of her way and hoping she keeps far away from my business. She knows exactly what she did, I am not a crazy person to do what she said I did.
If Ms. is looking for an apology, I am very sorry but I cannot gave that to her, she was very rude & disrespectful and made my clients and employees who were at the shop during that time, very uncomfortable . There is nothing different that I can tell you, I think I have explain myself to the fullest.
