ON 5/4/Mis B [redacted] had her car towed into shopShe was Given a estof $For Diagnosing her Toyotaat witch time she signedWe proceeded to do Diagnoses on her car by Road test scanning computer and check? as needed.? we did not experience stalling on road testWe did note on arrival car was 1/qts low on oilWe also did fuel trim test and inspected throttle bodyFuel trim was out of range and throttle body was very dirty.? at that time we contactedMisB [redacted] and advised her of our recommenations.? check oil and oil filter, service throttle body and fuel injection service.? She was called and advised of additional charges of $for a total of $that was 5/4/@ 11:18am called? and she oked additional repairs and it was documented on Repair orderMis B [redacted] was advised at all times of needed repairs.? I am Sorry if there was any misunderstanding on there Fathers part be we did followed all BAR regulationsand provided the best of service to Mis BattacharjeeI beleave there is no refund warrantedAll services where completed as authorized ? ? ?
