Review: Degroote International Group (DIG) or DIG Real Estate is a very problematic, unstructured, unprofessional company with very poor practice. They take advantage and use false advertisement.First, I booked a two-bedroom apartment with them with three separate sets of dates for a total of 14 nights for five people. Instead, I got 1Bedroom apartment for my first set of date. We had to squeeze in a small bedroom apartment and when I contacted them for reallocation they did not respond. They mentioned on Airbnb (where I found about this company) that parking is provided upon rental with the apartment. However in reality, I had to apply for a permit and pay $450. DIG said that they would reimburse us with just $300. Therefore, there is no such thing as parking is provided as I would have to go through the process myself and I would have to pay exorbitantly. And the worst part was, on my last set of date, they cancelled the apartment upon my arrival there. The stupid thing is, they had only let me know through email on 9:45pm of that day. This clearly shows how incompetent DIG is on handling customers welfare. We waited at the apartment only to be told that there was no room available and had to look on our own for place to stay that very night. I went to speak with the management office of the apartment, [redacted], that DIG rented from to express my disappointment with DIG. They told me that DIG did not pay them for the first two sets of dates that we stayed. And that is why we were unable to get the keys to the apartment that night.I am not sure what kind of financial problem DIG has but I have made payment to them way before I arrived. My rental sets of dates were from May ** to June ** and my credit card statement reflected payment was made on April 2014. This shows that we had paid months before our last set of date, which was on June ** to June **.Up to today, July **, DIG still owes me a total of $2455 which include, $1000 for security deposit, $300 for parking reimbursement, $960 for the cancelled nights, and $195 for cleaning fee. The rental agreement stated that refund should take within two weeks. Its been a month and they had done nothing about it. I had to contact them and only to be told that they would refund us with $537 for three sets of nights. The funny thing is, I paid $960 for that. This company is frauding me. They have very bad management, so I hope Revdex.com (Revdex.com) can help me with DeGroote International Group aka DIG Real Estate issue.Desired Settlement: DeGroote International Group (DIG) Prive International Real Estate should refund my money by any means with total of $2455. In contract, it should be two weeks after our departure. But, after 5 weeks, they still reluctant to refund my money. They even hardly reply my emails. I can provide with the required paperwork if needed.
