Decksrus always stands by its work unless what the client is asking has nothing to do with us. We build the deck but we do not stain it

Waited over one year, with no response for warranty repair on patio deck
We hired Decks R Us on 07/8/2015 to resurface our screened enclosed patio deck. The work was completed on 08/5/2015 and came with a five warranty, on labor and materials. We have the original signed contract. The resurfacing was done in a cracked stone pattern. We noticed in January 2019, that some of the cracks were separating and it appears that some of the material seems to be shrinking. We called Decks R Us immediately, and only received voicemail. My wife or I have called Decks R Us every 4 to 6 weeks since January 2019, only being able to reach their voicemail and left our name, phone number and asking for a return call every time. They have failed to call, even once.

Glenn *** of Decks R Us Inc. said they would reseal my pool deck as it was still under warranty. They no longer communicate with me.
At the beginning of Jan 2019, Glen *** of Decks R Us Inc said they would reseal my pool deck at no cost as it was still under warranty and even set up a date when he was going to do it. He cancelled because he thought it might rain. We have gone back and forth with text messages. His last message was on March 7 in which he said it would be done in a week or two at the most and 100% at his expense. I have also left voice messages because he refuses to take my calls.
