accurate and timely billing services in a satisfying manner to the patients of Decatur Radiology. Our review of the patient's account has resulted in these findings:Per the patient's secondary insurance the patient is responsible for the balance of $96.30 on date of service 01/30/15.
As a result of these findings, we have taken the following corrective actions:
There is no refund due on date of service 01/30/15.

mutual goal to provide accurate and timely billing services in a satisfying manner to the patients of Decatur Radiology Physician Services.Our review of the patient's account has resulted in these findings:
The date of service 09/10/2014, was filed to Mr. [redacted] insurance.
We received payment from the insurance on 09/22/2014; per the insurance the patient was responsible for $38.02.
We billed the patient for the balance. I do not show where we made any collections calls, nor sent the account to collections.
As a result of these findings, we have taken the following corrective actions:
We have received the payment of $38.02 on 01/28/2015 and the account has been closed.
We apologize for the inconvenience this has caused Mr. [redacted]. At this time, we request you close this complaint as we have resolved it in a satisfactory manner.
