Dayton Patio aka Outdoor Living Solutions LLC has not responded to our contact involving warranty issues, promised to be addressed and corrected.
Dayton Patio, now Outdoor Living Solutions LLC, completed a patio project for my husband and I in 2017. We have called, left voicemails, texted and contacted ***, the owner, regarding a couple of unresolved warranty issues, dating back to 2018, with NO response.
We are pleased with the project but are extremely unhappy with the lack of response after the job was done. Customer service since then has been non-existence. We are still waiting on the warranty issues to be taken care of, as promised by ***.
We want the warranty issues addressed, as promised.

In 2018 we were called to fix a landscaping light. A crew was sent to inspect the light and found that the connections were good and that the actual bulb needed replaced. We replaced the bulb. I am unaware of any additional communication. Our new company policy is to correct warranty items via service call and there is a minimum fee of $150 to inspect and make any repairs to issues that are serviceable maintenance items.
