Please note that complainant (guest) had booked the rooms at our hotel through hotels.comAt the time of check in, guest mentioned that they have already paid for the rollaway beds to hotels.comBut as per the reservation we had received from hotels.com, cost of rollaway beds was
not paidSome of the other issues mentioned by the guest in the complaint are also hard to believeFor instance, regarding the bed sheets issue, I would like to inform you that we do not wash the bed sheets in house, but instead we get them duly washed and pressed from a professional companyWe know that it costs us more, but still we do it just because we want to provide good quality of clean bed sheets to our valued guestsWe work hard to provide the best possible service to our guestsWe are happy to let you know that in good faith, we have issued a full refund of $to our guest as desired by themWe have mailed a check of $to the guest on 12/12/2017, and the same has been notified to the guest by an email.Hope, we have been able to resolve the issue to your as well as our guest's satisfaction

To be clear, I stand by my statements about the condition of the room, and entirely unprofessional, insulting, and unacceptable behavior of the front desk clerk. I did in fact book the rooms via hotels.com, BASED ON THE DESCRIPTION, provided by the hotel, and clearly stating that the room sleeps peopleThere was no mention of any additional fees for rollaway bedsMoreover, during the check in, I DID offer to pay extra for the rollaways (making that point moot), and that offer was rudely rejected by the front desk clerk, who literally THREW my credit card into my faceSince I have received a refund for my reservation from the hotel, I don't seem to have much reason to further pursue this case, so, please consider it resolved.However, in the interest of future guests of the hotel, I hope that the front desk clerk that I had a misfortune to interact with during my check in is reprimanded and taught the proper procedures and ways to interact with the guests as a representative of a reputable establishment, and/or moved to a different job, that does not require direct interaction with the customers
