It has now been almost 6 months since the purchase. If Ms. [redacted] would have brought this to our attention within a few weeks of purchase we may have been able to help get her into a different Malibu that has these options. However, as we’re just now being made aware that she wants these items in her vehicle, there is absolutely nothing we can do at this point other than try and trade her out of the vehicle.
We have referred this matter to the upper management team at the dealership, and we will honor the customers request for a second key.Our pre-owned manager, Tim J[redacted] will reach out to the customer and make the arrangements to provide that key to the owner.
