Dave stated: I only replaced the right front wheel bearing, not the left. He took pictures of the left. Our receipt says "check front wheel bearings", we billed her for right front wheel bearing only.Damaged power steering line: He is saying we damaged our own lines, if there was a problem...
with the installation, she should have returned, as it has a warranty. We told her she needed a Rack in Pinion on Dec 22,2015; we would have charged for parts only, no labor, however, she did not have the work done. She was supposed to return.Regarding the photos of the left front wheel bearings, we did not touch or replace them. We did not damage the left front ball joint as we did no work to that area.Photo of passenger front side wheel bearing untouched: Unfortunately this photo is not a good representation of the area or work performed. This work was performed. The wheel bearings were done on 10/5/15 which was 5 1/2 months ago. I am not sure when you took the photos. The wheel bearings have a 1 year warranty on parts and 90 days on labor. The lines have same warranty, 1 year on parts, 90 days on labor. I was never aware there was a problem as we have not heard from the customer since she was in.

inspection worthy. We never did anything under the hood. We do not have any employee by the name of Tony. The consumer opted out of having the repair work done for $360 quote for the rotted out heater core lines, the only charge we gave the consumer was for Her inspection $21. Company was never contacted by the consumer that there was a concern. Regarding the consumers belt coming off, we did not touch that area it is likely because of the coolant leak.
