Dear Sir / Madam
First I have to mention that Our experience with Ms.*** *** was nothing but a pleasure,and the sale went as smooth as it should be
at the mean time she didn't mention that at the point of sale she requested things to be fixed or repaired :
1- driver door window
control switch had one of the buttons not working so we agreed and purchased that item at $and installed it for her (absolutely free)
2- she also requested that we remove window tint from the rear window which we did remove it and it took our technician over hours of labor (absolutely free)
Ms.*** *** contacted us via email on Friday 10/31/about the issue and stated that the repairs will cost her close to $and decide to give us till Monday 11/03/to reply and also requested that our reply has to be in form of an email and NOT to call her, so between Friday and Monday we are extremely busy end of the week and beginning of the next week we try our best to handle all weekend leads and business that need our attention so we couldn't get back with *** during the time frame she decided
Our salesman *** *** contacted her personally on TUESDAY 11/04/to tell her that we found the whole part that needs replace in her vehicle for $but she told him it was too late and the vehicle is already at the shop for repair somewhere
MY THOUGHTS , after all that being said I think we did our best to meet our customer expectations on the stuff she requested done which it already cost us over $
then we found the same part that she went and paid $for just for $and I was willing to fix it totally free of charge
RESULT: we have a mechanic on premise and we could of done the same repair she's done for under $and we are not going to pay $for a job that only cost us under $
therefor we are willing to issue a check for $

Again* *** when I called *** to tell him I had a quote of $to do the exhaust work, he gave me additional places to go for other quotes. It was several days later that he told me that you could do the work there at your own garage. So, when you say that the job was only worth $500, you must realize that that option was NOT on the table at first. Saying that I contacted you on busy days is not a good excuse. This is frustrating to me
The repairs that I requested at the time of purchase and that Mr*** talks about in his response were part of the bargaining process and he doesn't deserve a lot of credit for that. There are other repairs that the car needed that were caught by the mechanic at ***, where the work was done. I am not complaining at all about that. I certainly realized that I would be spending some money on the car. I was misled though by what *** *told me, and by your website's claim that all the vehicles are inspected. This is a loose term, but it obviously implies that your cars are pretty "clean".
This is why used-car dealers are not trusted by the public!
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID *** and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.
