[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, you must give us a reason why you are rejecting the responseIf no reason is received your complaint will be closed Administratively Resolved]Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:I approved the album design on *January 19, Today is *July 14, and I still do not have my wedding photo album or enlargement This is not an acceptable way to operate a wedding photography business Most professional wedding photographers would have promptly delivered the deliverables cited in the contract I am still not confident as to if/when I will ever get the deliverables that I have already paid for If I do not receive the deliverables, this is fraudEven now, Darla still cannot state an estimated date as to when she will deliver the items How can this be when she is still photographing other weddings? Perhaps she is charging them as well but not delivering.Regards, [redacted]

providing facts about the event. The past 2.5 years has been hard for my company. My circumstances where not normal. The 3 web companies, I paid for services over 6 years, did not provide the services ordered. Placing my business in extreme danger and a major loss of income. My husband of 21 years has tried to bankrupt me. I did become ill from the stress.  Clients contracts, there is no time limit for receiving prints/DVD or albums. The clients prints are back in 2-4 weeks from the event, edited and lightly retouching. DVD only packages, are back sooner.  There is no time line for albums. That was to help the clients. After a wedding, clients are usually busy and do not select images for albums until 3 months to 2 years later. [redacted] did contract me for her wedding in September. I had photographed her father’s, and I was happy to work with the family again. At the time of signing, she received a 20% discount and we shot the engagement photographs that day. She received them immediately and was pleased.I have never offered additional albums for her pain and suffering as stated to the Revdex.com.I kept in contact with her. Calling a month before the wedding and the week of.  Her reception location was beautiful, I had not photographed there. I requested the length of time it took her to drive to the location from D.C., she provided an hour to an hour and a half.  I did not charge her any additional travel fees, according to her information, it was within the contracted travel distance. (I incurred an additional $150.00 in travel expenses that I did not pass on to the client.)I was not 2 hours late.  The traffic was extremely thick, I ran into 3 accidents, on a Saturday afternoon. I drove 80 and 90 miles an hour to the event. [redacted] does not say that I stayed an additional 1.5 hours without additional cost. (Usually $150 an hour.)  [redacted] provided images for her album immediately and I began work. In March, my trail date with my husband was postponed until June. I have requested from the 2 clients, to  wait until the beginning of July. They have understood. I can then provide the quality of service I have been know for. [redacted] balance is as follows: Engagement DVD and prints sent. Received. Paid.8 hours of event coverage, including ceremony and reception. Received. Paid. Prints and DVD from event. Received. Paid.Albums. Pending. But will receive after July.Taxes, PaidMy additional cost I did not charge the client:  $350.00, 2.5 additional hours                 $150.00  1.5 hrs. additional travel cost.              $70.00 Postage, Total:  $575.00I have tried to explain this to the client.  If there was any way I was able to complete this quicker I would. They are correct that is all in their contract... but there is no time limitation on albums and prints. They had gotten busy and dropped the balland then I was busy. We are back in production of the albums. And all should be completed soon.

I am rejecting this response because:I approved the album design on *January 19, 2014.  Today is *July 14, 2014 and I still do not have my wedding photo album or enlargement.  This is not an acceptable way to operate a wedding photography business.  Most professional wedding photographers would have promptly delivered the deliverables cited in the contract.  I am still not confident as to if/when I will ever get the deliverables that I have already paid for.  If I do not receive the deliverables, this is fraud.
Even now, Darla still cannot state an estimated date as to when she will deliver the items.  How can this be when she is still photographing other weddings?  Perhaps she is charging them as well but not delivering.Regards,

I got married on *10/5/2013.

Today is [redacted]6/14/2014.

Darla has still not delivered the following: * (1) 16X20 photograph and * (1) 12X12 wedding album.

I purchased a wedding photography package along with the additional items: (1) 16X20 photograph and (1) 12X12 wedding album (see contract).

Please note that [redacted]8 months has now elapsed and I still do not have these items: (1) 16X20 photograph and (1) 12X12 wedding album.Desired Settlement: Deliver products cited in contract:

(1) 16X20 photograph and

(1) 12X12 wedding album

They are correct that is all in their contract... but there is no time limitation on albums and prints. They had gotten busy and dropped the balland then I was busy. We are back in production of the albums. And all should be completed soon.
