informationUnfortunately, the problem remains the same: While MrMiller has two registered Shepherd Dogs, he did not use their registered status (the information he sent to you) to register the litterTherefore, I am unable to receive SIMILAR documents for the purebred puppy I purchased from himThis has all been explained to my by the ACK itself, as I have also been in contact with themThey are able to locate MrMiller's registered Sire and DamHowever, are telling me that MrMiller has not registered the litter. When he does so, he will receive a slip of paper for each puppy in my dog's litter, and I in turn will send that form to the ACK to receive papers for my own puppy, thereby registering her in my name as a purebred dogPlease understand that, unless he registers this litter, the papers he sent you that you in turn forwarded to me mean nothing: my dog's sire and dam could have been any dogs --including an a dog that is not a pure bread German Shepherd for that matter --a fact he may be trying to cover upThat is the issue here: MrMiller's deceptive dog breeding practice. There is a REASON he will not register my puppy's litter. When I left MrMiller in October, he assured me that "it takes AKC a while" to register the litter" and as a result, he did not have the requisite slip of paper to give me to send to AKC so I could register my puppy, but that as soon as he received those papers, he would mail it to meHe attempted to placate me by providing me with a litter registration for a DIFFERENT litter produced by these two dogs(I sent the attachment of that falsified document to the Revdex.com with my original complaintI took MrMiller at his word, and only learned of this falsification later, when the AKC was trying to help me out)This was a very unethical business practice on his part, and the action I am trying to have rectified. My puppy was born on August 26, I am certain that it does not take this long to complete the litter registrationI emailed MrMiller three times regarding the whereabouts of the form I need, and the third time he said he would mail the requisite form to me if I snail-mailed him a self-addressed-stamped envelopeI did that over TWO months agoNow he will not even return my emailsIn fact, the last time he returned my email was in December when he requested that I go on his website and provide him with a favorable reviewRegrettably, I did that, and will be issuing a retraction if this situation cannot be resolvedWith as many Revdex.com complaints as I've seen against him now, I understand why he was so interested in my completing that review before he ceased communicating with me. Supposedly, MrMiller has been breeding puppies for years, and knows EXACTLY what he needs to do make this situation right: He needs to register the litter in which my puppy was bornThat is ALL I want from him. The bottom line here is that the situation has still not been rectified, and I am still appealing to the Revdex.com to help me.Thanks,Lucie Biddinger

must have the wrong Daniel M. because we don't have any boxer mix or Boxers and don't know of ever talking with her I am state licesened breeder and don't know of any problem like this I have to keep records for the state and I have no one on my paper work of this name or address and how would she got the puppy she lives in n.j. I am in Ohio.  Daniel
