If the business has just answered my first e-mails explaining that the items could not be shipped immediately, I could have made arrangements to find other material. To ignore the e-mails and assure me in various calls that the items were shipped is what caused the problem. [redacted] quotes about my response are accurate and I really am pleased with the outcome.

I spoke to Ms. [redacted] on Saturday 3-29. I gave her a $248 credit for her shipping and her package did go out to her the following Monday. In closing the conversation on Saturday she said: I did not expect that refund!.. Yesterday I was going to stop ordering form you, but after all this, I am definitely remaining a customer… She understands that the unexpected happens in business as she is a business woman herself… Your company has gone above and beyond.. I do believe we honestly did make amends with her. We let her know that it really upset us that she felt we let her down[redacted] Accounting Manager
