When I spoke to Mr***, I offered to look into the issues he was having with the maintenance agreement and resolve the problems, but he declined any and all assistance in this matterHe stated that he no longer wanted to come here for anything, so there is no reason for us to research into his claim history or warranty history to see what contracts are validHe came in to do a cancellation and thats exactly what we didAt no time has Mr*** asked for valid contract information or anything of that natureSo he says that it doesn't resolve his complaint, however, I guess we don't know what his actual complaint isHe told us he wanted to cancel his warranties and be done with our company and that is what we have done

We maintain our position that we will honor the contract under the terms of the contract for the final maintenance service, valued at *** for an oil change and tire rotation if the customer chooses, otherwise, the contract will expire in September of this yearThe service must be used before the expiration dateAll other money has been refunded to the lenderThere is nothing else for us to offer at this time since the customer has declined to do further business with us

speaking with me. The day the complaint was sent to the dealer, I received a call from Mark V[redacted] and we went over my complaint and the concerns I had with his business. In our conversation as we were going over this complaint, he reviewed my service order and there was one totaling over $300 to repair a tear in the hose. He stated that this is something that Chevy would pay for and that the dealership could process and issue me a check. Mark was working with his service manager on this as well and informed me to give them a call back to check the status, I have done so last week and today, left messages and he has not returned any of my calls. The last call the lady that answered the phone was transferring me to someone above Mark, however I received their VM, so I just called you. I am not certain what I did or if he can not do this he will not just say no. I only discussed my concerns when he called me, never asking for anything, he offered this and now will not return any of my phone calls. I am so sorry to be a pain, just seems like I am having the worst luck with businesses here.

I spoke to this customer to try and settle the situation last week. He was adamant that he wants nothing else to do with [redacted] and I scheduled him to come in on Saturday and cancel what contracts he has remaining. He came in Saturday March 14th and signed all paperwork to cancel his...

existing contracts. He has 2 contracts which cannot be cancelled; Maintenance Plus and Easycare Etch coverage. Both of those are not able to be cancelled because of contracts terms. He does have 4 contracts which we have sent in the paperwork to close and cancel. We have received no word back yet from [redacted] tire, Dent restore or Classic Key protection, but did receive the following from [redacted] will be sending
a check in 7 to 10 business days from today to [redacted] account [redacted] in the
amount of $[redacted]. I will update the case further when we receive conformation from the other 3 contracts. Mr. [redacted] was explained that since there is a lein on the vehicle, the refunds will go directly to the leinholder and not to him personally. We had done all of this and had his contracts cancelled prior to receiving this complaint.

We were told that the service agreement is for all service required for the period of the contract. There was no monatry value to the service. It was to cover the service for the service period,if it was 36000 miles then the required maintance would be covered. So if the factory called for a particular service it was to be covered,transmittion filter, fluid change, whatever it was paid for upfront by having this service agreement.
