This is [redacted] from DaVine Furniture, I'm writing this letter to respond to the complaint: [redacted]., I'm sorry for the late respond. Somehow I didn't receive the first letter you send me. First of all, customer purchase 3 pcs Sofa, Loveseat, Chair (special order). We have told customer...
this is special order and stated delivery from 8-10 weeks. Merchandise was shipped from China (oversea). Somehow it got delay to arrive here. We are sorry for the inconvenience that happen to both of us. This is not our fault and we really don't want this happen to our customer. What we have told customer on the delivery schedule is exact words what we have been told from our vendor. So, on 4/19/17 we got all merchandise deliver to customer House and at the customer house when our driver open the box then find out it was a wrong recliner. We called to our vendor then they admitted it was shipped wrong from China so they will have to make special order for correct recliner to ship over here, Shipping will take 5-10 weeks. At the mean time we did leave the wrong.recliner at customer house for them to use until we deliver the correct recliner to customer then we will pick up the wrong one back, About couple weeks ago starting from this date. [redacted], our sale person did call and talk with [redacted] to tell him about the status of delivery time. We are very appreciate Mr [redacted] for understanding the situation. He's okay to wait. We did explain and apologies for the inconvenience that happen. However, due to customer request for the compensated. We would like to give customer $100 to compensate. That's maximum we can go, and this money is from our pocket not our vendor. We try our very best to serve our customers to make them happy & pleaie with the products that they buy from us. But with this matter, we are very sorry [redacted] & [redacted] for this. And, repeat one more time its not our fault to cause this matter. We hope our customer will understand for us. We have [redacted] contact Mrs [redacted] to talk to her about $100 compensate today. Mrs [redacted] agree with $100 compensate. we mail out the check to her. She promises will contact with Revdex.com to remove the complaint when she receives our check. On the other hand, we will day by day call in to vendor to make sure the correct recliner will be arrive on time as they promise us and as we promise customer.
