imperfections in the paint just as scratches that you were unaware of on your vehicle before services were performed . Third you cannot cover scratches by waxing some people use touch-up paint.I received this notice a couple of days ago.  On 5/3/16 I picked up the above mentioned person's vehicle, 2010 [redacted], black. from her work.  I asked her if she had any concerns: interior only she said a spot on the headliner and she was a smoker.  She stated the vehicle was never detailed before.   After performing our services, I returned her car at the end of that day.  She was very happy with the interior and exterior of her vehicle. Went over the maintenance (car washing) of the black vehicle.She was very pleased.  Received a call from her nine days later that she sees scratches (inch or so) in two areas:  rear of vehicle driver side and near front by headlights on hood.  I informed her I would be happy to come and look at it.  She gave me her hours when she is available. I said as soon as I had an opportunity that week I will be there. I informed that these scratches were not done by our process.  I went to see the vehicle,never said anything about whole car scratches with same pattern and height as she stated in the notice.  We went over the two scratched areas with her I told again we did not put them there. On any dark vehicle after rubbing and waxing it enhances the finish of the paint in most cases customers are unaware of imperfections in their finish.  I feel our services on a six year old vehicle, never done before professionally with customer satisfaction at the time of delivery both on the interior and exterior and handling the customers concerns, that we met customer satisfaction at that time of returning the vehicle.  She was very pleased with the outcome.
