D & D Repair

oN jULYT X XXXX I delivered a dump truck I Purchased from Willie Lee Hunter to D&D Repair. The truck had a damaged engine so I had the truck towed to D&D Repair to get it repaired.The owner and mechanic of the shop was to check out the sisuation to see the best way to resolve the matter, at which time I paid him $450.00 to check out the sisuation.After several months he informed me that it would be best to replace the engine,I told him to proceed.After six months he told me that he had a 350 cummings engine I could purchase for $2000.00 dollards,I agreed and brought him $2000.00 dollards on July X XXXX.He claimed the engine was in the truck it was to be taken out of in a wooded area,I waited a total of seven months for the engin to surface in his shop.Once the engine was in his shop he commeence to work on my dump truck.I recieved the total bill from him on july XX XXXX,I commence paying him for the work on the dump truck.The total bill was 2379.27,The truck was still not running he stated that he had to find a radiatior before he could start the truck,I agreed and on the 1st of Aug 2012 I paid him $1200.00 on my bill while he searched for a radiatior so I could hear the engine run.At that time my balance was $1179.00,on Aug 31 2012 I paid him $900.oo leaveing me a balance $279.00 and yet still haven't heard the engine I purchased run. he purchased a radiatior and hooked it up and I was able to hear the engine she sounds strong.On Sept. 1st I paid him the balance of $260.00,he had informed me that a spring was damaged on the truck and that it needed to be replaced so that was our next mission.On Dec.11th he told me that he could purchase the springs for $125 each Itold him to get two and onDec XX XXXX I gave him $200.00 to purchase the springs He qouted me the sum of $200.00 to put the springs undeneath my truck stateing he would have the job done in four hours the completion of the spring was march 16th 2013. I feel that he has been intentionally stalling in reparing my dump truck,
