Ms [redacted] was told that credit scores do not matterI explained the stipulations that were required for financingI explained that if she met the requirements financing would not be a problemShe complied and brought the required documents and also filled out a credit applicationI submitted all of her informationI even called her social security nuber back to her while she sat across from my deskHer social security number was incorrect on her application, Auto Loan asked me to have her bring a copy of her social security card inI faxed the card in and that’s when we learned she was not truthful about her social security numberI tried on multiple occasions to contact her with no success as did Auto LoanWhen I finally got in contact with her I stated that she needed to bring me a document from bankruptcy court allowing her to purchase this vehicleShe brought me a document but it stated that she was not allowed to purchase or accrue any more debt at this timeI told her that she had to bring the vehicle backMs [redacted] then asked me about her down payment and I told her that she had to speak with [redacted] the owner because we have a policy posted that deposits are refundable, however down payments are notThis is the policy for every customer
