Current USA is in receipt of the above-referenced customer’s complaint and appreciates the opportunity to respond Mr [redacted] complained that he attempted to contact our company numerous times via phone (voicemail messages) and via email (several times) with no response, regarding a light fixture he purchased that does not have the features he desiredIn an effort to resolve Mr [redacted] concerns, an email was sent to him on March 13, I apologized for the experience and requested Mr [redacted] contact me directly with a copy of his receipt and we would try to help resolve his issueUpon further investigation, we have absolutely no record of this customer ever contacting us via phone or emailCurrent USA uses [redacted] , a customer service support ticket system, to track all incoming messages from customers to ensure our team is responding to all customer service requests in a timely manner In addition, all of our incoming emails are routed through an online portal called [redacted] , which allows us to track all customer emails sent directly to use and ensure they are also answered in a timely mannerIn regards to Mr [redacted] complaint of “on and off night timeThis light cannot control on and off time time for night time light.” We have checked our website, product packaging, and all product information regarding the timing schedule of this light and it is all still correctWe have received no similar complaints of product confusion and the product works as advertisedPlease find the attached documentation: Current USA Mail – RE_Orbit IC LED Light.pdf – copy of email sent directly to customer General Email.png – a search of all incoming emails to our company in the last months resulting in no emails from this customer Product Registration.png – a search of all products registered by our customers in the last months resulting in no product registration under this customers name [redacted] Ticket – Email.png – a search of all warranty support tickets requested by our customers in the last months resulting in no requests under customers email address [redacted] Ticket Name.png - a search of all warranty support tickets requested by our customers in the last months resulting in one request with this customers name back in January for a different product and customer (customer located in Texas) [redacted] Ticket Phone - a search of all warranty support requests via phone requested by our customers in the last months resulting in no requests under the customers number Orbit IC Light Cycle.png – information on our website regarding this product, showing the programmed light cycle Learn More.png – further details available to customer by pushing “learn more” regarding the light cycle programmed in this product FB Response Time.png – image of our Facebook page showing customer service answering all incoming customer requests with a 100% response rate, minute reponse time [redacted] Reports.png – image from our [redacted] customer service ticket system showing all emails and incoming messages answered within hours of being contacted Please feel free to contact us for any further informationSincerely, [redacted] ***@current-usa.com 760-727-***
